Thanks for answering my question Evan. Loved the answer of acquiring skills and including your family on the adventure of things. I have had 3 back surgeries and I’m trying to get back to a place where I can spend more time outdoors again so I can brush up on skills just have to battle these insurance companies preventing work from being done or treatments can’t afford.

Everything this guy and his company do for Veterans and First Responders is why I choose to drink BRCC everyday. The fact that it's the best coffee is just a bonus. COFFEE IS MY PROTIEN SHAKE BASE. 1 OR 2 EGGS (RAW), 1 BANNANA, A SPOON OF PEANUT BUTTER, FILL REMAINDER OF CUP WITH COOLED OR COLD COFFEE AND BLEND (MAGIC BULLET BLENDER). I then freeze in freezer for next day.

I've been an ECS member since 2021. I don't recall seeing Circus Bear as a ECS or an LTO last year, i did pick up Dictator Geisha. Was Circus Bear ever released as an LTO? If so wondering how i missed it. Thanks.

Finally after about a year of tinkering with pour overs, I took the time to measure everything, blooming, etc. instead of eye balling it. Damn good cup (large mug) of coffee! Shout out to my 2/3 sniper brothers out there. First they took 3rd marines away, then 8541’s. Damn shame I tell ya. Anyway, get some joe, get out there and smash some shit today boys!

Can anyone suggest a noob on a coffee machine that comes with a grinder and everything i need? Im trying to get away from the basic pot coffee

I am an Aeropress fan. Easy, simple. It can be used equally well in the kitchen or on the tailgate of my truck. I use a manual grinder to grind my own beans. The hard part is getting the amount of beans matched to the cup size. Once you get that dialed in, you can produce good consistent cups of coffee.

Hey, love the content. Im actually really disappointed with your coffee, however. Its the Only thing i can find at the PX these days and its slightly worse then Ducan donuts for three times the price. Usually stail, old and smells like its had chemicals added to it for fragrance purposes. Not impressive lets do better.
