Recipe for a peach tart: Ingredients: 1 sheet of frozen puff pastry, thawed 4-5 ripe peaches, peeled, pitted, and sliced 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar 1 tablespoon of all-purpose flour 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash) Optional: powdered sugar or whipped cream for serving Instructions: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). On a lightly floured surface, roll out the thawed puff pastry into a rectangular shape that's about 1/8 inch thick. Place the rolled-out pastry onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. In a bowl, combine the sliced peaches, granulated sugar, flour, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Gently toss the peaches until they are evenly coated with the mixture. Arrange the peach slices in a single layer on top of the puff pastry, leaving a small border around the edges. Fold the edges of the puff pastry over the peaches, creating a rustic tart shape.
