he was done.. some of these clips are a few years old. People change.. he killed himself. He was burned out and felt lost in life, trying to find meaning of it all.. success he got it and it did not make him happier, sadly. There are so many other factors in life other than your career that can make you feel depressed. I been trying to figure out what his reasons were.. but can only figure that out by talking to him. I suggest you take a look at his documentary on Netflix called Avicii - True Stories. It's really good and bittersweet.

Felt I needed to see this now. Damn I feel really sad about his death and I am not even that into EDM. I am Swede and write music and proud of what he did for the music scene that he changed. Wake me up is such a brilliant move and I hope others will follow this road for EDM music. I met him once, he was very friendly and we took a picture in Stockholm. He looked very thin and fragile but he had a cute girlfriend that was secret at the time. With these tips please included the last tip as I’m sure Tim would include for you all. Don’t work TOO hard, take care of your health FIRST at all times!

It's kind of dark that avicii is an example of how to reach success, given that in the documentary it seems that his sucess became a cage he struggled to escape. His story really undermines the idea of success. What does success mean without happiness or wellbeing? Is making money success? (In the documentary it looks like that his team around him thought so). So sad he died, he really seemed like he was super talented and a great guy

Avicii has great music, and he put in the work required to be successful. But he was also lucky and knew some people. He knew some "higher-ups" that helped him get his music heard by the masses. His mom was a career actress. He knew people in the business from early on before he got famous as that's the only way you can reach this kind of level of success in the music business...
