"act first then the inspiration will come".... this one is hard at times in general but most apparent when I do my artwork... actually seeing this within my artwork helped realise where I was doing it in my day to day life... I'm now much steps to change it... inspiration is a feeling, an emotion and like Mel Robbins and many others say you don't always feel like it but do it anyway.
