After running missions with a lot of sensor damps, I switch over to Ravens and cruise missiles, use and MWD and made space tracks and let the auto missile keeps firing. Once the damps are gone, I switch over to regular missiles.

Drone boats are also good for sensor damps. You just facetank it and let the drones clear house(!)

I still have 23 days until t2 heavy lasers, i was wondering if doing this fit with t1 lasers would mean absolute death or if it would just take longer?

It would still work with Tech 1 lasers, things will take longer to die. 😎

What I also don't get is that sensor damper are max range is 30k and your at 70, how does it still work from an NPC?

NPC cheat. A lot. But player sensor damps can be VERY long range when fitted right.
