@@ATseng better to ask supplier to put more sponge to protect the cells if the budget is fixed. we also have met the damage issue, if to replace , we will face a great loss, since this is very little margin. any how, so glad that you got all things solved well.

mine came 2 in a box and had so much foam around them no way there could be damage. I got 32 boxes 64 cells.
