With my skills, simulating that gives 16,600 EHP or so and align time of 7.5s (which means 8 seconds because EVE works on 1 second ticks). That's not bad, but that domination inertia stab is worth more than the rest of the fit put together, including the ship hull itself lol. The nanofibre structure is also reducing your total EHP. Maybe replace those with 2x cheaper inertial stabilisers?

BTW, the reason for the more expensive stabilizers was that it lowered my signature a lot. That nanofiber did reduce hull EHP, but hull HP wasn't important on the shield tank. Your changes make it much cheaper of course. I think your solution is better because its 50 million cheaper. Not sure this ship can get any better with those rules. My skills are only around 50 million.

@@WyMustIGo That's still 8s align but at least it's cheaper! If the 2nd inertia stabiliser isn't getting us under 7s, perhaps it could be better to replace one of them with something that contributes to the tank, perhaps a power diagnostic system which will add a bit more shield HP? The tech 2 medium shield extender rig is now where most of the cost of the fit is concentrated, those things are pricey!

The total EHP wasn't the problem. The problem was that they got one-shotted by 4 Tornadoes so probably never got a chance to turn the hardeners on. Although that's just an educated guess due to it only taking 21,608 damage.
