That's my favorite ship. I was instantly hooked once I tried it. Maxed out the training cause who wouldn't want 264 cold DPS. I'm currently in Horde myself. Still enjoyed the video.

Nice idea, going to horde staging: lots of ishtars and vexors that kept ratting wheras they usually disappear to station when you enter the system, and good fights too. Maybe this is just because I like covops cloaking and have a bias towards it, but this looks like it would be a lot easier in say, a cloaky kitey loki (but much more expensive ofc because of the size class increase & the "cloaking tax"). Reasons being that: It's got about the same speed and agility as the kiki, but it also has the web for range control vs anything ongrid. It's got much more DPS since it uses a 1000 DPS combo of HAMs and drones (which have pretty good application too thanks to the web, built in missile application bonus, and drones). It can tank far more than the kiki. And lastly (but definitely not least), it has a combination of the covops cloak and an interdiction nullifier (even when not fit with the nully subsystem) which makes getting past gates and gatecamps trivial (like the ones blocking this system from access), and allows surveying the area while being unseen.

Yea its a good place, more so for skirmishing vs getting good kills though. The blobbeth arrives pretty quickly ha.

As a horde member he is not wrong . So many peeps in staging its hard to tell when reds come into system. The loki is a kickass ship but for hunting in staging ya have to be very quick as theres ussual 20 pvpers instandi g fleet on the keep all tue time ready to rescue(or attempt to rescue) the peeps whoni sist on ratting in a system with 300 peeps in it.

I know this is an older video, but a small tip - if you hit L (default keybinding) - it pops up a small window with all of the bookmarks in the current system and current system only. I cannot recommend this enough. It saves a tonne of clicks when you are looking for a bookmark to warp to. I've got it open on my screen at all times. - Also great vids - you have some great content. Well done.

@@zaqq your corp or you have standings with them at a certain level. That keepstar is their main staging keepstar they wouldnt make that keepstar a freeport at all.

A light missile garmur can only push 238 DPS in the absolute best circumstances (overheated, 3 BCUs in lows. all V skills). You can try, but I think you'd need the ramp up to 500 that the kiki has to break even a vexor

With snakes or links yes if they have warriors and acolytes they will catch you without snakes or links . If they are running any other drones you will be gucci .

The thing is if the rats are shooting the ishtar your damage isnt that much of a problem . And many peeps are in low skilled fits and afk in rio

How do I equip Loki to get 46km web and point range?

You need the immobility driver subsystem for the bonus web range, that doesn't effect point range though.

The 46km range is a product of: 1)The immobility driver subsystem, which projects web range out to point range, and 2) overheating both of those mods (in fact, the kitey immobility driver loki is widely considered the best cloaky hunter in the game) 3) blingy tackle mods (and it looks like abyssaling is needed for the point)
