i use aug. Vespas for the ephitiales-waves. high dps, but also good shield tank, you hardly ever have to call them back.

Hey aceface, got into EVE because of you and your abyss guide. Had a huge question, I noticed some people saying that the t3 gila fit for gamma you used has gotten a few people killed and I wasn't sure if it was a skill issue they may have been lacking or if the fit really has been nerfed. I've saved up for a while to use this fit and I've just gotten to the point of being able to afford it, THANK YOU for these videos I cannot tell you how lost I'd be without them

So if people are dying in T3s, I know it's less of a fit for his T3 and T4 fits, I can only chalk it up to bad piloting, not prioritizing correct targets, or not enough good skills trained. I've been playing for years and finally got around to doing abyss sites due to aceface as well.

It sounds like the drones you rolled had good firepower, but they lacked other necessary stats like tracking. It would be interesting to see how they performed with those 3 billion isk drones you see on the market that are almost all green.

I still run T0's because of skilling, seeing the income from these means i have to pick up my jaw from the floor...

T0 are well worth the time. Loot isnt that bad for no real risk involved.

You made more isks in one site tha all of mine in the whole Dr Who event, which wasn't difficult as I almost went negative income! I'm not surprised you haven't loaded a single Dr Who video lol... I should have not bought those matrix at 25 mil that the day after were 10 Mil, and three later 2.5 Mil... Lost a lot of isks there... how much for these filaments??? I must try these mutated drones, mutaplasmid is addictive tho! Would be nice to find the Mutaplasmids for drones in the Abyss as well, but haven't yet found one for Mutadrones... prices for drones depends on tha availability of the mutaplasmid but than may not reflect actual value...

The drone mutaplasmids only drop from the rogue drone beacons sadly. Will never see one in the abyss

I am watching this 4 months after the fact and it has become very clear that the conclusions from this video are VERY WRONG. Mutated drones make a huge difference for T6. You should never roll tech 2 drones, you should roll faction drones in all cases as the new mutated drone skill fully apply to them (+10% dmg on top of the increased mutated damage) and of course they start with much better application and better tank I get nearly 1000 dps with mutated drones, it helps immensely in T6

Do not mutate T2 drones, this doesn't makes sense at all. Factional drones are better at the most parameters and a price is almost same

You are completely wrong. T2 is cheaper and does more dps than faction

@@Aceyface Well, yeah they worth 1m more than T2 drones, but does that matter at all if the mutaplasmid price is 90mil? And they don't do more dps than the faction ones after they mutated. In fact they have the same damage modifier
