This is cool, my character is 14 years old and well over 250m SP these days this is a throw back to the early frigate days when I had no training for anything lol, it cool seeing the beginning again!

If I get it right, you start playing again after all those years? I have 2 accounts that stop used for more than 14 years, if well remember, pretty decent ones for those times, as a solo player. Can't even remember details, but I had 2 Obelisks, mining stations deployed in various systems and stuff. I'm just curious if after so long, I'll still be in poses of all those assets if managed to login again, or it's even pointless to try. Don't have much patience & energy anymore, to figure everything out, so I'll avoid paying monthly fee, just to find out. 🙂

looking forward to the series... my question are will this character be alpha or omega in the end and why not start with a kestral...seems to me it would fit the future training path better than the punisher as the worm and gila are both missile and drone capable? cheers

corax is more likely to survive in the abyss compared to the launchers, and kestrel costs more filaments.

@@marcuscho1166True but u get more of a payout when using 3 filements vs 2... I use a kestral with 4 rocket launchers a web, shield booster, cap bat and afterburner and there is never really an issue with enemies..cheers

T0 filament prices just don't matter, as long as you're not limiting yourself to one or two weathers (and that Punisher can already run all of them just fine). Once you've done just a few sites, you will always have enough to run *something* just from the filaments that drop. So on that level, the filaments are a one-time investment and don't cost any more than the faction ammo either way. (That probably won't work as well all the way up the tiers, of course.)

I had a question that I think only you can give an authoritative answer to: the Cerberus that I've been using for T2's doesn't seem to have the tank to make it in T3's. I know that Gila is the premier abyssal ship, and I do have a passive regen tank fit that I probably got from your channel, but I was just curious if there was an alternate ship, preferably missile based, that didn't rely as much on drones. I don't plan on going any higher than T3 for the time being; I was just looking for something with the tank and dps to do T3's reliably in most or all weather types if possible. Like I said, I can always settle for the Gila, but flying a Cerberus put me in the mind of being a missile based ship, and drones might not work out in some rooms if the anti-drone towers are thick. I was wondering if you had any non-Gila ships in mind that would be as effective, and if possible a fit that you've used in multiple weather types. I looked through a fair number of your videos, but it's possible I might've missed one, so a link would work as well. Thanks.

Love playing this but I go in fits and start. Love playing all aspects then a ganker will come in and smash me but never in my basic ship its always in my rarer ship and it puts me off for a while. Though been watching your videos which tell me I don't need to buy them stay basic and it's no issue👍

Punisher can firestorms t0 and the loot is the best out of all the t0 abyss.a Kestrel can farm t0 gamma and is tanky due to 50% shield buff. T0 gamma cost hardly nothing which adds to your profits. Missle based frig can farm either firestorms or gamms. I have a t1 worm firestorms fit its pretty good since t1 exotics filaments cost arond 200-150k 600k per run. worm is kinda pricey nowadays 100m used to cost 50m when i started . Looking forward for this series. Sorry for bothering you ingame. My t2 exotics worm died to a full neuting vedmak and damavicks spawn. I didnt have leve 4 or as good cap skills as now and wasted cap overreping. I just do t2 exotics for fun. I just find it hard to run t4 abyss. I try on the test server. Either its fails or not enough bling or a gamma t4 that takes way too long. Im gonna need to spend alot and train to have levels 5 skills to be able to get to level 4/5/6 abyss. Anyways this series looks promising!

The cookie cutter 2.5M ISK Punisher T1 fit can really do T0 in all weathers with good enough (even Alpha) skills. I just later upgraded to the Hookbill for Dark/Exotic and Slicer for the rest, because they're more fun and faster. I tried a rocket Kestrel, but did not enjoy it, even though it did always survive.
