Augmented drones also have the benefit of being faster and having better turret tracking, I use them on the rouge drone frig waves, they 1 shot the NPCs more consistently than the T2 variants and can get into range faster.

Have you tried using a "C3-X 'Hivaa Saitsuo' Ballistic Control System" instead of one of the drone damage amplifiers? Better overall DPS, but my toon doesn't have max skills in medium drones or light missiles so YMMV.

I have but cpu problem and overall DPS is lower when factoring in reload time. Also they're more expensive

I havent put one on to see if fits, but whats your thoughts on a normal tractorbeam? I personally dont use the extended drone range, so Id likely sub it in there, but worst case, loss of a launcher isnt crippling. You said you didnt like the MTUs and that you sometimes leave them, may be something that works out. I still havent made much of a dive into the abyss yet, so its all arm chair LTing for me. Fly dangerous, Concord loves you.

the extended drone range is so useful that tractorbeam wouldnt make sense... lots of time I give commands at 70-75 km range

Are you sure that augmented always do the most damage? I thought they "just" got more Armor/shield/structure an a bit less DMG than T2 drones?

Thats cool and all, but a 5 billion ISK fit is insane, especially with the risk you take when doing t6 abyssals.

@@JuggernautProducts yes but the risk is very high that you get wracked in the T6 abyss. Even with a 6 billion fit you still need to be very careful. If you are unlucky, you enter a room with the wrong NPC's by accident, you might even loose this kind of ship. You have no guarantee that you are really safe in T6. Even with a 6 billion ship. But you definatley fly safer.

Yeah, I have that mentality... Sooner or later, we all die from the timer running out :) Oh, I'm using a 1 billion ISK ship, more or less (I'm sure it cost much less when I bought it, now ship prices, and module prices are just insane). Cheers.

Why do you keep spamming approach/open cargo over and over? You can see just above your hud a message stating that you are still approaching the cache and you haven't accidentally double clicked in space and are drifting off.

It was the drones. The drones in the hangar influence the dps display of the ship.

How might the shield tank be affected by replacing one of the multispectrums with an EM instead since shields tend to have its biggest hole in EM? Or maybe Kinetic instead since Exotics put a big hole in that too?

Fonsui said to always use augmented hammerheads as the augmented drones no matter the effect. Thats because the augmented are to be used against ships that have 0 resists like the lucid deepwatchers.

Lucid deep watchers have high resists, T2 are better there

Do you need the crystal set or can you squeeze in a high grade hydra set with some tweaks?

crystals are very important unfortunately. you may be able to however do dark sites with a hydra set.
