try a small septum ring, I usually wear a golden 8mm and its really decent.

I do have septum and medusa. And it's not too much. On me they compliment each other. The only thing is I keep my septum piercing simple (a closed circle) and a simple ball on my medusa.

Dear Evelina, I think you can totally wear a medusa and a septum the same time. I also wear both and a eskimopiercing too and I don´t think its to much. I just wantet to say it but you must be confident with it =). And if you don´t feel for wearing both just turn the septum on the inside =)

If you feel having the septum and the medusa is too much you can always get the reverse septum so if you don't want it that day you can flip it back. My cousin has had a septum like that for 8 years and its super handing since his job doesn't allow a lot of facial piercings and since youd have it pierced you can always switch out the ring and mix it up :)
