Yeah Tami definitely used to have Evelyn in check. With that and having not seen the show in a couple of years but knowing how messy Jackie can be. If Jackie was talking about that woman’s child and looking at Brooks reaction it seems like her child was in a bad space when this was happening and you as my friend was there through my pain of how this affected me and know how I currently feel about this person it’s absolutely disrespectful to blindside me by putting me in the same space as this person. Her reaction tells me that this no superficial beef and if she was really Brooks friend she owed her friend transparency and should have said we sat and spoke she sounds sincere, I would like to arrange a sit down and then it should have just been the 3 of them.

Notice how Brooke hadn't spoken to Brandi but had spoken to Evelyn about it like 3 times and each time Evelyn gassed up her feelings- but never did she say "hey, maybe you should actually talk to her because she's your friend and your relationship is worth the benefit of the doubt." So by the time the situation reached a boiling point Brooke was literally at a breaking point and Brandi didn't even understand she was the reason, because she didn't realize she was fighting with Brooke when she was fighting with Evelyn. So she didn't see how she was hurting Brooke. And then it all comes to a head in a supposed friendly outing that is actually a set up for emotional court, putting Brandi on the defensive and making it way less likely anything will get resolved. That is exactly how you DON'T navigate friendships and it is how you create toxic friendships and destroy good ones. If it bothered you enough that you've had more than one conversation about it, then you can't let it go and you need to go and talk to the PERSON about it. Anything else just adds fire to the flame.
