This perfectly shows their relationship with one another! Dovewing was a better hunter than Ivypool due to her powers, granting her more praise in that category. Ivypool was jealous and resented her sister. Dovewing tries to reach out to her, but Ivypool believes she’s too far gone to go back to her.

Ok, I mean, I really love the art and animation and all. But I feel that Ivypool and Dovewing are seen as sisters who hate each other a bit too much?? In so many community videos they are seen with grouchy expressions and always ‘yelling’ at eachother when that hardly happens in the books. With that out of the way I really like the shots you make and the perspective on the first frames. It’s been a while since I’ve seen warriors content from an underrated person so this really is a gem! Don’t stop, I see the improvement in your art. It holds a lot of promise!

I really appreciate the response! This was interesting to read. This animatic was largely based on a MAP that inspired me a while ago, and I haven't actually read the books in a while, so sorry about the inaccuracy on that part! Again thanks for the feedback! :))

it’s seen very often that ivy felt at least some disdain towards dove due to the fact she was constantly compared to her, though this was never/barely outwardly voiced by ivy :”) so it’s really not that inaccurate at all, since it is correct to say that ivy did not like dove as much as she used to during this time. it was literally her whole motivation for training in the dark forest!

the evelyn evelyn is also one of my favourite maps and one of the big reasons i started drawing! this is such a lovely animation and seeing the scenes from the original map was an awesome feeling :) i absolutely love your animation and love how ivypool and dovewings animation styles were different!!

I love how Dovewing has the softer looking design (maybe it symbolizes her connection to StarClan?) And how Ivypool has the sharper looking design (maybe for her Dark Forest connection?) It really shows their personalities

I love the subtle differences in how the two sisters move! The way Dovewing has the wind blow in her fur while she slowly moves n lipsyncs gives her this elegant holy nature. Very telling in the way in this animation she is trying to be some holy protector of Ivypool, Meanwhile Ivypool is fast and snappy. Far rougher in her movements as she is facing a bit of a mental break and needs space Dovewing isn't giving her. The way Dovewing looks nice and clean and kept while Ivypool looks like shes been roughed up quite a bit also adds to this! This is such a great animation and I look forward to seeing more work from u!!!

LAYE TO THE PARTY BUT I LOVE HOW IVYSPAW KINDA HITS DOVEWING this animatic has so much symbolism Like how ivypool is lined with rough edges and dovewing is lined with nice smooth ones which end up being more rigged as they continue fighting Also ivypool switch in emotion at 0:33 amazes me every time I cannot describe how well done it is Also Ivypool has such rapid motions saying that she is more a physical cat then dovewing, which has less rapid more smooth motion showing that she can speak her emotions Then we see that on the end ivypool and dovewing lose their eye glow Sorry if I over analyzed but I’m crazy in in the bonkers

Wow, I was already amazed at the Thumbnail, but then I was presented with this amazing animation! The composition of your shots are just well thought of! That beginning shot where it circles between them both looks so great, and I can only imagine how difficult it must have been to do that! And your lip sync is just on point! I was just in love with all of your expressions, especially Ivypool's. They all just had so much energy and emotion in them! Again, just an amazing animation that I'm glad I was able to find!
