for me its evelyn,if u have crossbow on squad u can literally kill all enemy teammate by spamming ability and also i recommend u use cloud enchant for escaping.

In my opinion evelyn is better bc u can jump into the void and do dmg get the xtra hp and not get hit and u can run away with it and ut hey think they got the kill but u just tp behind them and combo the making it op Hannah tho is only kill and you lose 10 hp in the process and for mobile u have to tap on them making Evelyn way better on mobile bc the hp the speed and the fact that u can save yourself from the void with it is very useful especially because the minus of balloons and Evelyn has no cons but Hannah has 90 hp making it so 3 hits of an iron sword is death with Hannah which is extremely bad making and Evelyn doesn’t have a single con only prod of run speed hp and dmg and combo Potential and u can also tp everywhere so yeah u can jump ppl at their base get run speed and u can combo making it a lot better
