I took the glass tabletop idea from the last video to heart and decided to cover it with a linen tablecloth. It looks very nice…until it’s covered with crumbs. Unless I have a portable vacuum cleaner handy, it’s just more practical to keep the glass dining table and just wipe it daily with a damp cloth. lol

I have a pebble floor in my shower and I love it, precisely because of the foot massage. It's not painful, it feels good.

Wood fires are so worth it. We have one in the living area and one in a bedroom, wouldn't be without them! We also had stonelook tiles throughout one of the bedrooms, running into the ensuite and on the baseboard. It is incredibly easy to maintain and clean. A rug provides warmth as does the wood fire. I am seriously considering adding it to the living area. Love it! Thank you for the paint advice, that's the one thing I've found difficult to get right. Greetings from Galicia 🇪🇦💕

I am in a "luxury" rental that has flat painted walls, unfortunately the kind of flat pait that one cannot clean at all. So frustrating. Good to know (for a future home) that there is better flat paint.
