Things You Missed (Mentioning bits from the first film) In the first film, at the movie theatre arcade that Richie hangs out in, the movie posters that were mentioned were: Nightmare On Elm Street: The Dream Child Lethal Weapon 4 (im not sure correct me on that) Well in the second chapter, in the clubhouse they had 'The Lost Boys' poster in the background giving a nod to Finn Wolfhard being in 'Stranger Things' but also giving another nod to 80s classics. But what i realised is that when u mention Officer Gillespie (Salem's Lot) in the Derry paper, well 'The Lost Boys' poster also gives another significant hint that the next Stephen King adaptation is 'Salem's Lot' cuz 'The Lost Boys' is a Vampire cult classic. I hope 'The Lost Boys' poster counts as a 'Thing You Missed' Love your videos ❤❤

In the director commentary of the film Andy says that the Beatles reference is when we see the whole club walk through the stream from the sewer. And Eddie is barefoot in that scene. It’s a reference to the fact people attributed Paul McCartneys death to him being barefoot on the album cover. It’s like an omen to Eddie’s death.

The faded out one sheet poster for "You Got Mail" w/ To Hanks and Meg Ryan is more noticeable in the closed movie theater. That film is also from 1998. It's too bad WB couldn't really dig and ask for the one sheet to a thriller out of Norway called Insomnia which starred Stellan Skarsgård. It inspired a North American remake in 2002. (Nolan film) While unrelated to those two films, Stephen King's novel Insomnia is also set in Derry. Stellan is Bill's dad.
