THIS. He’s lucky he can walk around and function at all. My first panic attack was horrific. I could barely pull the car over and safely park before I shattered into a million pieces. It felt like everyone I knew was dying and my whole world was melting into chaos. Thank god for my husband who helped me into the passenger seat and drove us to a clinic. They quickly figured out what it was but couldn’t do anything to really help. That was the end of our holiday in Scotland. I was sick for a week afterwards. I’ve had a few since then but never as bad as that first one.
