actually the reason Za Hando's ability is so powerful is because of its simplicity: erase anything it touches a simple ability for a simple man, however Okuyasu's simple mind limits Za Hando's ability to just deleting Matter (where things are) and Space (where things aren't) I even saw a joke about how Za Hando Requiem wouldn't change much about itself but bump up Okuyasu's IQ to where he can understand concepts like Time
