You don't say "woman vtuber", same for "man vtuber" because that would be grammatically incorrect. Don't know what that person drututt banned was else writing about, but just using the word "female" nor "male" to describe the sex of a person is not degenerate, and you definitely don't dehumanize someone using these adjectives. I don't know much of her because I don't watch vtubers, but it's one of the talents from VShojo, Froot. She dropped 90 pages of receipts of her ex being an absolutely slimey bastard. Just a lot of emotional manipulation on his part and "I am an alpha male, obey me" vibes. Reading the documents for more than 2 seconds (I only got 3/4 the way through, it was a really difficult read for me personally) shows how genuinely shitty her situation was. Of course, reading is too hard for terminally online Twitter users so you have a lot of those idiots and the incels accusing her of playing the victim for goodie points. The whole "cheated on her husband while he was on deployment" thing was a disgusting rumor that was started and successfully perpetrated by the ex himself, when the "cheating" was her flirting with a guy on Discord before breaking it off with that one as well, but the flirting was MONTHS after they'd already broken up, just a really obvious ploy to try and turn people against her. If you wanted to know the gender split of a dorm at a college for example you'd typically ask for the amount of males or females. Or if you wanted to know how many female viewers are watching a piece of content as opposed to male viewers on a youtube channel. I think it's just a difference in native languages. Even in italian, calling a woman or a girl the equivalent word of "female" (femmina) sounds kinda weird because it's mostly used for animals. You only use it in some contexts like "male team vs female team". So saying "female doctor" (dottore femmina) in Italian sounds derogatory and we say "woman doctor" (dottoressa or dottore donna) instead. I guess it's the same in polish. He must have misunderstood how the word is used differently in english. Nothing woke about it.
