Hi Charles, another great demo, we met a couple of times at the NEC in Birmingham, I've got two of your paintings hanging on my wall and I have the wash brush you used on one of them, you got me interested in watercolour after watching the Tyne Tees TV series,, unfortunately, due to a medical condition I lost the sight in one eye so haven't painted for a while,,,,, thanks for all you do for us amateurs,,,,
@charlesevans770611 ай бұрын
Sorry to hear that, but you must still try and paint! I had a skin cancer taken out under my left eye, so had a patch covering that eye for a while, but still painted. Eventually they came right!

I had a go at this one yesterday, on {my last piece} of Langton Rough Watercolour paper, but I did mine in Acrylic paints {System 3 of course}. I was quite pleased with it. As I have said before, I learn a lot from watching your videos and always enjoy the banter between you and Gail, who does a great job of filming these. I don't know if this is appropriate or not but I can't see anywhere on the web site to leave feedback for my recent purchases. One Langton Rough A3 pad and two Aquafine brushes 3/4 flat and number 8 round. A very good price, cheaper than anywhere else and very fast delivery. Arrived today . Many thanks to you both. Steve Moulton.

Love your videos Charles, after watching your videos you got me back into painting a few years ago. I bought many of your products from your site and have never been disappointed. You’re very inspiring and supportive. Please 🙏🏻 don’t take offence at this, but your later videos, with the headset mic have really distorted audio. The microphone is too close to your mouth so when you speak a little louder it peaks into distortion and is difficult to listen to. Loved the painting as always. Thank you 👍😊

I am wondering why you don’t use a clean palette as opposed to your well used, and, very ,all colours intermingled, with hardly, any individual clean colour in sight? Yet your inspiring painting is not affected by this messy palette?
