I thought she walked amazingly but I also thought it was her walk in the dress that really took it.i find though that younger pageant fans tend to favor the lava dress while long time pageant who witness that Puerto Rico moment unfold knew how iconic the dress was.btw did you know that Ms Puerto Rico dress was extremely heavy that she fainted shortly after being crowned by that time the cameras for home viewing were off? Yet look how effortless she walk in that gown no one knew at the time how heavy it was till she explained why she fainted

bubble butt, seems that Puerto Rico is extra-mindful when she walks because of that floppy tail-end of that chainmail gown. the bottom part doesn’t look right to me. It gets in the way of Puerto Rico’s walk. so, in my opinion, i don’t think it’s the best gown ever in MU history. i think the best gowns are: MU2016 Iris Mittenaere (France), MU2018 2nd runner-up Sthefany Gutierrez (Venezuela), MU2008 1st runner-up Taliana Vargas (Colombia) and the best gown is the fiery gown of MU2018 Catriona Gray (Philippines).

De acuerdo con muchos expertos y conocedores de miss universe el traje de Zuleika ha sido el vestido mas memorable del concurso en en los ultimos 30 años seguido por el de Jennifer Hawkins de Australia y Oxana federova de rusia,luego destronada. Trivia: Miss Paraguay’s evening gown were missing and one of her fellow candidate allow her to borrow a gown (that green gown she’s wearing) but it doesn’t fit Miss Paraguay perfectly so she improvised the gown to make the neckline lower and i hoped you noticed that she’s only wearing one earring because the other pair was on the chest part of the dress

One of the best evening gown competitions.. But top 5 would have been Puerto Rico, Canada, Mexico , Japan , Colombia anyways the hard work of Paraguay made her top 5 instead of Colombia... But USA placing in top 5 was blunder .... Switzerland is beautiful but I didn't feel that gown fitting on her ... Puerto Rico seems perfection all night though later she messed up the reign and etc still she is one of the most beautiful miss universe in the history

Apparently Miss USA was guaranteed a Top 5 spot, since she agreed to wear a dress that was designed for her on a Project Runway episode. She personally hated the dress, and later said she was embarrassed because it looked so homely.
