Yikes, that was way too close. Shame nobody seems to have the common sense to wait for the gates to go up before crossing.

Exactly! People don't realize that those trains are faster than you think. NJ Transit should install more of those second train coming alarms at crossings like the one at the Plauderville station.

Holy crud that is scary. Literally they were 2-3 seconds from death. Never go under lowered gates, simple as that.

I know! There had to be at least 10 people crossing when that train was approaching. NJ Transit should install more of those second train coming alarms like the one in Plauderville.
