This has been a hard summer for us. Skincare has become a great solace to me. Between my kitties, my fitness obsession (I've lost 77lbs in the last year thanks to a successful back surgery, dietary changes, and a good exercise regimen), and my skincare addiction, I can't imagine what I would do without any of them. I lost one of my beloved kitties two weeks ago and we've been dealing with some familial drama on top of it so I am thankful for the things that give me comfort. I love your channel. I am sorry for the loss of your mom. Sounds like you two were close.

Just yesterday I woke up with flaky skin too for literally no reason. I’ve used tretinoin for 14 years and can always tell at least 2x a year when my skin is about to get flaky and that’s at the end of November and beginning of spring like clock work. The only thing I could think of is being inside a lot lately with the AC on I’ve never had my face peel allover like this at least in about 10 years. Typically it’s just around my mouth. So weird
