INGREDIENTS
1. 1 Cup finely chopped onion.
2. 1 cup finely chopped tomatoes.
3. 1 cup finely chopped capsicum.
4. 1 cup finely chopped carrot.
5. 1 cup grated amul processed cheese .
6. 5-6 Bread slice .
FOR SEASONING
1.Schezwan Chutney .
2. Master chow garlic oil.
3. Pizza oregano & chilli flakes .
4. Keya Herbs.
RECIPE
1. Take a pan add 2table spoon olive oil.
2. Add all the veggies starting with onion than carrot , capsicum and tomato.
3.saute all the veggies now add 1 tsps salt and black pepper and cover the veggies with lid for 2-3 min.
4.Now add 1 table spoon schezwan chutney and 1 table spoon tomato sauce , mix them all.
5.now add amul cheese slice and add pizza oregano , chilli flakes, black pepper on the top of cheese slice.
6.cover the lid until the cheese gets melt.
7. Take a bread cut the bread into circle shape using a bowl.
8. And take anothe bread cut the shape into small circle.
9. Now take big circle add pizza sauce on the base and put the small shape circle on the top.
10. put the veggie mixture in the empty space .
11.after that now add amul grated processed cheese and garnish it with oregano and red chilli flakes.
12.I have used air fryer you can also use tawa .
13. brush these disc with olive oil.
14. Air fryer these mini disc at 160 degree for 14 minutes.
15. Crispy disc are ready to serve with a dip
