They should train some of their staf how to talk to customers. Some of them are very rude here at this hotel.. when u leave the room they switch off the ac and some times they forget to switch it on back when you return to the room Then u have to go downstairs to the front desk to tel them den they tel u it will be switched on after 10 minuts. I think thats very bad service when u are charged full price.
