Wonderful! Everything about his sound and composition recalls Victor ("Serranito") Monge. Maybe he studied with Serranito? In any case, I think Serranito deserves a place among the greatest luminaries of flamenco guitar, and I wish he had more heirs. For now, Jose Antonio Rodriguez is carrying the torch. And I don't mean to diminish his accomplishments in any way. Even the legendary Sabicas profited from Ramon Montoya and other prior geniuses. That's how music works. I hope to hear much more from Jose Antonio Rodriguez!
