You can get on the closest bts and get off at BTS Saphan taksin station (Silom line) then take the ferry straight to Asiatique

Not everything has to be racist these days… It’s actually quite common for attractions to do this everywhere. Disneyland and many other attractions have cheaper prices for “local” residents. It has nothing to do with race. It has to do with economics. If you’re a tourist you pay the tourist price. That’s it.

It’s not a secret that local Thais get discounts to many attractions. Consider Thai wages compared to foreign tourist. It converts to a few more USD… which can easily be recovered through food costs. It’s not racism… my Thai wife has been charged the non-local Thai price at some attractions.

Tourist pass includes taxes and locals pay their taxes by wages. 😊 this is normal for other countries especially asia. It’s not racist 😅
