Do you add an extra charge if the bride wants to give the centerpieces to her guests?

Flowers are 100% for the client/guests/vendors to keep and take. But it depends. Our vases are rentals so if a client wants to offer guests to take the floral as a whole, we add the cost of vase liners which is usually run $2-$15 per liner depending on the size of the floral. Otherwise, guests usually pick the blooms from the vase and take what they want and doesn’t have an added cost. 99% of the time they don’t though, most clients/guests are tired after an event/wedding and they don’t want to carry anything but themselves to bed lol hehe

Great question! I incorporate a vase rental fee into the cost of each centerpiece. It’s usually a 1/3 of my wholesale cost.
