I used to do these in the 90's when i worked at a florist . They were fairy popular. We would put other things such as teddy bears also in there .

I have never seen this technique before with the neck. I tie at the bottom then again at the top, but this makes more sense and less faff. I’ll give it a try. Thank you so much for sharing xx

I love your video and try making it. Turn out very nice but have to do it twice and still some how it looses air. I check the sealing even with water to make sure no hole on it. I think is by the bottom. Do you sealed the bottom of the ballon also ? I tied it with the 260 ballon and even tape it but still leaks air
