Preset dives are always puts me off multieffects pedals too. If I have to fiddle with a pedal more then playing music it’s definately something that would put me off from buying it but I really do like how they are integrating programming of presets into the computer like a plug-in if you happen to reamp a track through a pedalboard to adjust in DAW too and save that preset. Nifty! That was a Great way of showing and explaining ❤️

This pedal is an absolute monster. There's no way I can justify the cost, but it would be cool to be in a place where someday something like this is justifiable for my music. This is a real studio piece, with extremely rich and diverse algorithms, especially with the ease of combining them. Loopop's review shows how powerful this is on synths too, worth checking out even briefly if you're interested in this thing. It has such a heavy pricetag, but if you can realistically justify it, it seems like it will be well worth it.
@NebulonRanger2 жыл бұрын
Eventide stuff kicks ass, even their in-house emulations of their own hardware are great.
@emorelix2 жыл бұрын
technically, you can program your own presets, so you can almost infinitely generate your own pedals within this and combine them. Cost-wise it is probably best for people who want only 1-2 pedals instead of a collection, if you think of it like that, you are saving a lot of money on pedals by getting this.
@bricelory95342 жыл бұрын
@@emorelix don't get me wrong, I understand this things power and value (loopop's review really helps clarify just how transformative and broad its effects are), but at $900, I have a lot of other things outside the world of pedals that are more important to put money into for what I do with music. Obviously, and I feel this should go without saying, that isn't the case for everyone.
@TheSquareOnes2 жыл бұрын
Yeah, there are multieffect pedals under $100 for those of us that want to go the "I'll just buy this one thing so I don't have to keep getting everything" route. If you can justify spending a grand on this then you've already gone way past the small budget pedal collection threshold. Which isn't to say that you shouldn't get it of course, pedals are wonderful and anyone with the means to get them (either one giant splurge like this, a wide of array of more moderately costed pedals or both) should go for it and make the coolest music money can buy.

Very nice presentation of this new multieffects pedal! I was just looking at getting perhaps a couple of Eventide pedals with the usual issue of which to choose and this comes at a perfect timing! It's 1200€ price is a bit steep but when you consider how much 3 Eventide pedals would cost, well, there you go... So 1200 might not be this bad all things considered. That said, love how you bring pedals into the mix with the harp!
