Dear Sir! I have a question related to this topic. We audited a customer's financial statement for the year ended 31 Dec 2022 in Apr 2023. The customer had been inspected by the tax office on 12 Jan 2023 then the tax office's decision later in Jan. So what should we do with the tax arrears? We should adjust it in FS for the year ended 31 Dec 2022 or not? Thank you so much for your help!

So in point number 3 about court case. Even the financial statements have or not have provisions created. A court case resolution will mean It's an adjusting event. Am i right?

What if a business was probable that they will losse court case and a provision was created than. Do we still have to adjust it after court order?

I think there was a problem with the dates there when they said year end is 28 December then on 2 may 2021 there was a fire
