Another great event is also farewell to zinogre..pick up all parts that drop and kill or capture him and you get like 9k fuel material..set Steamworks output to 10x and rain in the steel and silver melding tickets, use for guild alchemy at melder and rain in basic decors for steel and 6 and 7s for silver..get them crit and attack decos easily..best to do 40 at a time..steel comes easy silvers need red steamwork jackpots

I haven't had to touch a zenny grinding quest since getting access to the steam works. Even just an hour or 2 of grinding out shiny red mining spots for coal will get you easily 1 mil worth of trade in items from the steamworks

@@LightItUpDan yeah it's still a little bit of a grind, but you get a lot of other stuff you need at the same time. I spent the last hour and a half getting coal from the guiding lands, and then the last few minutes using the steamworks, and in that time I got 1.7m zenny, 50 gourmet vouchers, tons of armor spheres and melding tickets, more mega potions than you can shake a stick at, etc. and also the materials you need to get from the giant mining and bone piles in the guiding lands

Really depends on what your goals are! If it's to progress through the base game with a safety net to learn as you go, the Defenders/Guardian catch up gear is a great option to use as training wheels. Otherwise, any festival gear you can craft is very useful to allow you to focus on progression too. There's different gear in different parts of the video mate, some Furious Rajang, Safi'jiva Hammer, Raging Brachy Hammer to name a few

Can anyone help me here....I want to unlock the guild melding and for that we need a gold melding or silver melding ticket but don't have any idea where to get that from tried searching for it in KZbin and found out it was a limited time event old dog or whatever the name is so is there any alternative way to get the gold or silver melding ticket or unlock the guild alchemy???

Play around with the steamworks and farm "A farewell to Zinogre" for the fuel. The quest is an MR24 event quest. Alternatively if you're finished with the IB storyline, you can also farm the fuel in the guiding lands when mining for mats.
