There are a lot of marks out there that hate him and blame him for the fall of WCW. The marks (and Ric Flair, who needs to quit drinking and talking so much in his old age) blame Hall and Nash but every wrestler and every off screen WCW employee that I have heard or read blamed Time Warner. Marks know a lot of backstage secrets and some are great back yard wrestlers but they are really stupid about everything else.

Ummm I sense some Nash revisionism here. The nWo faction of Hart, Jarrett, Nash, and Hall (that Nash said happened at 11:12) happened more than a FULL YEAR after Goldberg's undefeated streak was ended by Nash at Starrcade '98.

Is there any tape out there of the survey that night in Salisbury? It was thunder, so it was taped, and they cut Scott’s survey that night, so no one ever saw it besides the people in attendance.

Kevin is fucking up the timeline. They were starting to kind of do the Goldberg against the nWo, but Goldberg left TV to film some sort of movie. Goldberg punching in the windows of the limo was a year later.

Nash's timeline is a little off, Scott Steiner turned on Rick in late 97 / early 98.

The limo incident happened in 2000, Goldberg lost to Nash at Starrcade 98. He misses out an entire year. By the time Goldberg punched the limo WCW was already in big trouble, in 98 WCW was still in a very strong position.

@ChubberGlump I agree marks hate the truth. Some of the comments I see on message boards and youtube I just laugh at them now. Eric this Russo that yada yada yada. If Paul Haymen was in WCW it still would of went under. It didn't matter the office didn't want wrestling period. Bischoff even said he spent more time fighting with the office once Turner wasn't the head honcho. Bischoff was speaking the truth to them and what did they do? told him to stay home.

Ryback could've been the 21st century version of Goldberg but Vince fucked it up with that "fingerpoke of doom" sort of finish to HOTC. Punk needs to drop that belt to Ryback so WWE can move forward IMO.
