Giant size wahoo fish cutting, cooking & eating in village. About 70 KG wahoo fish cooking by village ladies for whole village people.
High quality flesh makes it a prized and valued game fish of sea. This fish is very expensive sea fish and of course so tasty fish as well.
Village ladies cooking this fish using vegetable. This dry curry called in Bengali "Chorchori" and very much tasty fish curry recipe.
15 village ladies cutting this giant fish into small small size fish meat.
Then they clean the fish and fry fish in oil.
In the mean time they prepared huge vegetable. They cutting the vegetable very small size to cook dry curry.
After finish cooking women serve the food to whole village people.

You know well that potatoes can be cooked many different ways, they are using it to make curry in their own way. I don’t see any problem with this. Even though i like french fries and smashed potatoes especially the sticky kind. Potatoes for them is used as side dish consumed with rice which is their staple food.

چقدر خوب شده که ظروف پاک و وصحی صاحب شدند من دوستدارم وقتی آنها با دستهای شان غذا می‌خورند انسان احساس می کند که غذا چقدر لذیذ و خوش مزه است. یک معلم مدیتیشن داشتم که از فرانسه بود پیرو مکتب بودیزم و هندويزم بود از سرو صدای زیاد خوشش نمی آمد همیشه وقتی کسی چوکی را روی زمین کش می‌کرد و صدای نا خوشایندی داشت خوشش نمی آمد می گفت نمی‌دانم ما اروپای ها چرا از سرو صدا خوش مان می آید؟ مثلا چرا باید با قاشق و پنجه غذا بخوریم؟ و صدای آنها را بکشیم در حالی که غذا خوردن با دست راحت است و صدای دلخراشی هم نداردو مزه غذا را هم با لذت کامل احساس میکنی. 😀
