I love lake Nona but not willing to pay lake Nona prices so everbe and sunbridge have been my alternative choice but between those two not sure which one to pick. In your opinion which one do you think would be better?

I think both are really great communities. Sunbridge has more builders to choose from and more long term growth potential. With the new school opening next year and the marina opening shortly after property values are sure to go up. I'd say Everbe is the better location between the 2. At Kindred you're going to get more for your money. DR Horton is more of an entry level builder compared to Pulte and home values are lower in Kissimmee. You should also check out Tohoqua, it's right next door to Kindred. kzbin.info/www/bejne/goOzXmeom9qdndk

what do you think the nearby County landfill and the smoking chimney nearby?

The landfill is about a mile away and the power plant is about 4 miles away. I haven't noticed any odor when I've visited EverBe. I've had other people ask me about it and ultimately there's nothing to be done about it. If you're facing east then you're going to see it in the distance. The first phase of EverBe is already almost sold out, so it hasn't been a deterrent to everyone.

Lake Nona is over crowded lots of rental apartments. Lots of traffic
