I am sitting with a client that always use their health as an excuse. I am a health coach and the aim here is to get them to eat a healthy diet and exercise daily but there is always something wrong that gets in the way of exercise. A migraine, sore knee or hip. I get that with an obese person. The body is sick but I am getting frustrated. Help...

@@CliffordStarks1 nothing physical. She likes playing her violin and making jewelry. My clients life has been based on sympathy for her health issues. I feel she is hiding behind this but how do I call her to task without criticizing?

This is a great topic for a discussion, I think we could go on for days, its such an epidemic. My best practise is to recall and line up times when one was and actually felt very successful in what they are doing and now feel self-doubts for. We line up everything in great details; the exact feelings, emotions and thoughts. If it is something new,n we gather the related skills and knowledge and perspectives. The excercise is to make them resonate with what they personally feel as their success, achievement and most of all confidence.

Yet another brilliant video! Thank you so much for all your wisdom, tips and silly video clips! Appreciate everything you're doing. Wishing you all the best! 🙏 On dealing with Resistance - you've covered some of the most important points in this video imo. I think that learning to trust yourself, your intuition, following your own 'true North' (making sure 'you are the author of your own ambitions') and believing in your potential is an important practice.. in a practical sense - just Starting - even if it has to be in the smallest possible way (little and often!) can move you towards making your biggest dreams a reality... as well as surrounding yourself with the right people - 'in real life' or otherwise 🎥🤓📚

Identify the internal critic that is trying to keep you "safe" but in reality is keeping you stuck in the familiar. Flex the self-confidence muscle.

Write down the words “Am I good enough?”. Say them out loud. Interrupt yourself before you start. And switch the first two word around OR add a why at the beginning. Now say it aloud.
