It is good to see un-boxings of these games. I also did an un-boxing myself and chuckled when you said you did not really pay much attention to the kickstarter either. I just saw another Everdell Kickstarter and was like yep I want it. xD I did go by the art though. The art is so good on all of the Everdell games and I got to say these new expansions are fun in my opinion. :) Ah yes the fun part the puzzle of putting all the stuff in the Complete Box. I literally had the whole family trying to figure out where everything goes. xD And with everything in the box I make jokes about well time to break my arms trying to lift the complete box. xD I made the joke of well we are going think we will have everything in the Complete Box and then go oh no we forgot something small. And just put it on top of the box. And sure enough it is what we did. xD We put in a lot of the new cards in the main game pretty much forever. :) And I love the new farm cards that give you two options instead of just the berry every time. :) And so far Amazon does have everything but the Everdell Vessels those are not up on Amazon and not sure if they will be or not.

Haha yes! My shelves always have rulebooks and other bits and bobs on them because I can’t be bothered unpacking these giant games again!😂 I also can’t bring myself to get rid of the original boxes. They’re so nice!

Cheers for the comment. A very valid opinion. These big boxes do run the risk of being too cumbersome to be useful and can be a deterrent to getting the game to the table.

How many microns in sleeves? 110 ? premiu or standard?

I think I used either Fantasy Flight, Gamegenic or Katana standard size sleeves. Pretty sure they are all 100 microns.

Is the Big Box Kallax friendly?

I can’t really comment on the Kallax system since I have a different brand called Clever Cube sold at Bunnings here in Australia. Not sure if the measurements are exactly the same as a kallax. I can tell you that the box slides in fine but it sticks out about 10-15 cm out the front. If it does fit the kallax, I’m sure you would still have this issue.

You already know how great the game is and this packages it all up in a beautiful and, from my perspective, functional storage solution. Only caveat… start working on your muscle strength, this thing is heavy!😅 oh and strap yourself in for a few days of stickering!

Hi sorry for the delayed response. I just double checked and I got all the cards sleeved and comfortably in the insert, except I didn’t sleeve all the duplicate farmer/gatherer cards👍

No I haven’t yet. I reacquainted myself with a Rugwort solo game first. Then I tried out Spirecrest (which I hadn’t played before) with my daughter. Nightweave will probably be the next thing I try though. If it is, I’ll let you know what I think!
