bhai apka ACL surgery ka update kya hai? mera vi 2023 me rudranath aur tungnath trek par knee injury hua hai. doctor partial tear bol rhe hai, apka experience rahe isliye kuch suggestions de dijiye. jaise kaha se treatment best hoga, surgery cost kaisa ayega, recovery etc. hum kolkata se hain.

Thank you ☺️. This trek I did in November 2021..all English versions available on my channel..few trekkers who recently did solo they msg me that they got permits for solo..if u r planning solo be ready for guide as well if they don’t allow solo..

How much it costs

As per this year 2021-2022, If we consider Starting from Lukla and return back to Lukla, cost will be in between 33K to 40K INR for 11-12 days…Apart from this, Kathmandu to Lukla round Trip Flight will be between 14k to 15k INR . Again reaching To Kathmandu and Return from Kathmandu will depend on the mode of travel Air or By Road..from Delhi to Kathmandu round trip flight cost me 19500 INR..and trekking gears I was having already..u can get all gears on rent from Kathmandu or from Lukla..Trekking gear budget is not included in the above cost I’m referring to

@@naturesudhar yes..you can carry..hot water you can get in in lodges where u stay..they will charge u around 300 NPR for 1 ltr hot water
