Everest Base Camp Trek Human Outreach Project Medical AId Post Pheriche Nepal

In this video Dean Cardinale shares the story of our sister non-profit the Human Outreach Project and our recently re-constructed Medical Aid Post in Pheriche Nepal (14,250') We have Human Outreach Project programs in many areas that we travel, World Wide Trekking is dedicated to giving back to the communities that assist up on our adventures. In this video Dean talks about one of our most recent projects where we completely rebuilt the Medical Aid Post in Pheriche. This clinic is serviced by doctors for the local villagers, as well as trekkers and climbers during the busy seasons. Each day at 3pm the doctors give a lecture on high latitude acclimatization where people learn about how our body adjusts to the higher altitude if we ascend properly. We are proud to be able to give back in the areas we travel, it is a mission we provide in Nepal, Peru, Tanzania and here at home in the United States.
