i only did the first couple counts of the chorus but it doesn't seem so bad i did it in 75 % speed and its fairly easy to me maybe because i learning i cant stop me which was insanely fast

you need to place all the weight in your upper body, or at least distribute it evenly, but don’t rest your weight on your knee because then it’s bound to hurt. channel all of it into your arms and torso.
