11:15 also I’ve been having this bug too!! When I change the lot type to rental, I can’t edit anything about the lot anymore! I wish they would fix the bugs

I've been bordering on downloading an apartment complex, brownstones, etc from those I've seen and I think yours might be my first! I'm so thrilled that since For Rent, all these simmers are going wild on making multi-unit buildings. It's so exciting.

I agree with you regarding building of apartments. I also love building neighbourhoods. I love building the shell and the exterior and will upload that to the gallery for other Simmers to furnish. I like seeing the different types of furnishings being used in the various shell builds - sometimes completely different to what I thought was going to be in the build. Loved your video 💛

Here if you end up renting an apartment you will have a kitchen like counters and stuff but have to supply the fridge and stove yourselves. You can sometimes however buy them from the person renting the place before you, same with flooring.

I love the apartments so much, but I can't stop laughing rn. After seeing the trashcans in the basement, I pretended how a person takes a full trashcan and pulls it all the way up to the entrance 😅 But it's fine, it's the sims 😊

I think like this sometimes too 😂😂 but I hate the look of them, so sometimes I’m like “let’s just hide them somewhere” and all realism goes out the window 🫣

@@AvelineYT I also hate the look of trashcans, so I try to hide them with a c shaped "room" of high half walls with 4 columns and a roof (just like in the small town I live, but we've no roof) But I put it far away from the build, 'cause sometimes I've horrible pictures in my mind, when I see that some Simmers put the trashcans next to a window 😅

I would definitely love more shells of your builds. As when using EA’s ‘place unfurnished’ it usually removes all the plants etc too. ❤

@@AvelineYT I need to double check but I think plants that were from build mode instead of live edit/debug all get removed as ‘furniture’

I think the only Brazilian students who don't work during college are the med students... nearly every one else works during the day and have classes between 19h-23h. Yep.
