Very cool - how long was the trail around the lodge? We are going there this week, so was curious how long this was and if you had any other recommendations for nearby trail runs!

John! Thanks for the message. The trail around the lodge is pretty short, maybe a bit over .75 miles, but as you can tell it is lovely. You can also head towards Camp Mather on some additional trails to make it longer. And if you go into the park towards Hetch Hetchy, I would give the Lookout Point Trail a go! There's a bit of an incline (and at that altitude it sure got me breathing hard), but it's gorgeous and the view point is fantastic. Enjoy the lodge and let me know if you have anymore questions!
