I'm thrilled to see a reactor get enchanted by Lucy. I was hooked on my first view on a competition tv show. I saw what her record label saw. A future superstar. All of Lucy's work is special, and every new release just shows her growth. I'm sure you have many requests for her newest songs. I suggest you look back and see what captivated me and many others. Try her version of She Used To Be Mine - from the Waitress. At 14 -15 she was a world class talent. Good to see where an artist came from to envision where they are going to go. Whenever Lucy releases a song, it is as good and often better than any prior recordings. Barbra Streisand has a fine version of this beautiful song but Lucy is more clear, delicate, and feeling. Lucy has flawless technique and masterful flourishes such as her unrivaled use of vibrato. Coupled with her extraordinary breath control and the best female voice that I have ever heard means that this is now the standard to which all other renditions should be compared. Lucy Thomas is simply the best.

You might also like to treat yourself and your listeners to something really special, and watch and listen to the original artist and composer of this song, the OG herself... Barbra Streisand; the actual film clip from the 1976 version of "A Star Is Born," which was done in one take, is the best version of this Oscar and Grammy winning song. As good as Lucy's cover is, it's not at the same level as Barbra's who's impassioned and iconic voice has more depth and tone imo. Let's always pay homage and never forget the OGs that came before to blaze the trails for all these newbies who came after.
