Why is the ac unit in the front of the house? It could have been put outside the utility room. Its a lot of wasted space in this house. I'm not a fan of downstairs bedrooms , especially when you can see inside from the street. I would have done a higher privacy fence.

This house just made me SO doggone mad. They someone definitely remodeled the kitchen and that room space over the garage would have been my master suite. Big beautiful bathroom and closet with an amazing bedroom. I am a house fanatic and to see such opportunity wasted...it breaks my heart. This will be perfect for someone though.

Did you notice that the washer & dryer were in separate rooms, even though the laundry room was pretty large… weird

The kitchen sink seems misplaced for some reason, away from the appliances.

Weird layout for the kitchen and laundry room(s). Too many wiindows in living room for such a busy street, and tge A/C unit is in the front of house.??
