Thanks for this haul. I'm 5'11", so not exactly the petite demographic you style for. I love the way you styled the pieces compared to the Everlane styling on the website. Leaving the quarter zip unzipped was a great idea for making that sweater more feminine. I would like to see a hat haul sometime as well. Several of the hats you accessorized with were perfection the beret specifically and the hat you wore with #18 caught my eye, but I loved them all.

I’m so so so glad I found your channel and you enlightened me to whiskering on jeans. I never knew why I felt so distorted/bigger looking in jeans until I watched one of your jean try on videos where you pointed whiskering out. I realize now that that’s what looks so cheap about the jeans I’ve always bought so I’m currently on the hunt for a perfect jean without whiskering. And it’s harder than it seems because it feels like 98% of jeans out there have some amount of whiskering. Love Everlane😍😍 Would you consider doing a video about dressing only with skirts or dresses? I don’t wear pants at all. It’s a religious choice for many people and it is often difficult to dress fashionable, modestly and hard to dress as a petite with curves. 5 ft 3, 39” hips and 25” waist. I struggle so much finding clothes I love that are flattering.

My heart goes out to you! When I was young, I had a 25" waist and 36" hips, and finding skirts that fit was very difficult. Your situation is even more extreme. I could forget slim skirts, or skirts with stiff fabrics that stick out like a tent. I learned to sew out of desperation. Soft, drapey fabrics combined with a bit of gathering under the waistband worked the best for me.

Hi Bethany, your videos are so useful and such a helpful reference point for sizing etc too. Can I ask if you can comfortably button up the modern Jean jacket in XXS? I just got it in XS and while it looks ok unbuttoned, it looks like a sausage casing on me (really tight) if I button it up… or maybe the style is not meant for buttoning up? I’m not sure how it’s supposed to look and not sure if I will keep it because it’s a bit hard to style!

Hi Hillary! They are made from the same material as a typical trouser, so I have not found that they wrinkle more than other trousers. Perhaps they tried the linen version and were not accustomed to linen?

I have same question as Diane. Are the alpaca sweaters itchy? You respond that you wear a tshirt underneath when wearing them. Do you do that because the alpaca is itchy or is that just your preference? Can you go into more detail. I love your videos. You are my favorite!

No they aren’t itchy, I have slept in them without a tee before. Just feels good to layer a tee under for warmth and to be on the safe side if you are sensitive or have an allergy

If you are sensitive I would still say that the alpaca is very easy on the skin. I still like to wear a long sleeve tee under sweaters. The half zip merino has zero itch
