Usually the high demand models like the Liberty Walk S15 or the Spoon Type-R maintains their value even after the hypr for the case dies down. Heck even newer cool models like the Mazda 323 are selling under retail in Indonesia because the hype essentially died down and the avaliable stock of it levels with the demand. Same goes for the recent Modern Classics. Even with all the models being all cool and hype some like the 190E, R33, and Forester aren't that high demand. Not peg warmers but they arent unicorns either and are selling near retail and never above it.

R33 is still selling above retail here but the 190E and Forester sure aren't. We were spoilt with modern classics, once mattel reverts back to their more lackluster sets I think the price of modern classics will increase again
