As one of the long-range, wide-body, single-engine aircraft developed and produced by Airbus, the A3 50 design was originally proposed in 2004, in response to the Boeing 7 8 7 Dreamliner. The range of the Airbus A3 50 is a key factor contributing to its popularity with airlines, providing flexibility when operating on many different routes. The A3 50 900 variant has a maximum range of about 8,000 nautical miles (14,800 kilometers), suitable for long-haul flights between major international hubs. The 1000 extended variant has a slightly shorter maximum range of about 7,950 nautical miles (14,800 kilometers), but it can carry more passengers, a trade-off between range and capacity.

The ultra-long-range version of the A3 50 900 extends the range even further to approximately 9,700 nautical miles (18,000 kilometers). This allows airlines to operate some of the world's longest nonstop flights, such as Singapore Airlines' routes from Singapore to New York and Los Angeles.
The A3 50 ability to operate over a wide range allows airlines to open new long-distance routes that were previously impossible with older aircraft. Contributes to reducing the need for stopovers, providing passengers with direct flights, and saving time. Optimize fleet utilization by deploying the A3 50 on routes requiring both high capacity and long range. It must be said that the efficiency of this Airbus aircraft on long routes is extremely significant. Thanks to efficient fuel burning and aerodynamic design, airlines save money as they can fly longer distances without refueling.

Have flown Airbus A350 on Cathay Pacific and Qatar Airways and hugely impressed with quietness, space and comfort, especially when compared to the rather ordinary, overhyped Boeing 787s of Japan Airlines, British Airways and Qantas. That said, the Airbus A380 remains by far the best aircraft to fly on.

I fly constantly on many types as a passenger to position and fly the plane I am assigned to (not an airliner but a LR private jet and I must say that if I was a fan of the queen of the sky and appreciated the 777 there is no doubt in my mind that Airbus is killing it with the A330 Neo, A350 for comfort and operational efficiency and the A380 for comfort as per the fuel efficiency it is not the best to be honest ! So yes Airbus all the way…

As a passenger I prefer airbus over Boeing. The reputation plays into perception, and my personal experience is that flying airbus feels good. Also, they have build the best airplane ever for the PASSENGER… the A380. I thank them for ever for that experince. It also showed me that for airlines the passenger is not king… otherwise they would have made the A380 work for them.

I flew Qatar 787-9 and Qatar A350 back to back for 8 hours and then 14 hours, the 787 was far nicer on the inside. Idk might be different in different instances, but the windows, the bathroom the legroom the interior the technology, was all just far nicer on the 787.

The wing is old fashioned for that plane and fixed similar to old plane design while 777-9/8 are latest design with true flex wing that fly smooth,you can't almost feel that you are flying already.Pilots is amazed and love the new features on wing and avionics.

why they always say 25% leads fuel consumption vs the previous version but why not compared directly to the competitive model like 777 or 787? Comparison should be apple (A350) to apple (Boeing 777 or 787) not only apple (new Model) to orange (old model)!
