If Intelligence is mentioned first, the speech bubble in the manga would be on the right side, meaning that Pieck is the intelligent one. Marksmanship is mentioned next, so it would be on the left side, which is Bertholdt. The anime removes the speech bubbles for voice acting, so I can see why you think that.
