@@anna7787 Am I the only one who didn't cry? everyone I know cried like crazy whilst watching the 8 episodes. The scene where God and Lucifer made amends was the closest to getting me. I think that knowing deep down that Lucifer and Chloe will survive made the final showdown from a 10 to about a 9. When Dan died I was like it's not real he will live, but then he actually died. Netflix is one cheeky bastard.

The writers really pulled the rug from our feet with 515 and 516. The BALLS they had to kill Chloe while we were still grieving Dan, and then for Lucifer to say I love you and sacrifice himself. I actually cried so hard I gave myself a headache and screamed till my throat was raw.

Well ... you have to realize that Season 5 was originally supposed to be the *LAST* season. They. obviously had to do some serious footwork to work a sixth season in. Some of the season 6 titles sound interesting, too, like the one entitled "The Murder of Lucifer Morningstar", or something close to that. Of course, all the episode names are merely taken from the dialog, so that doesn't mean that he is *ACTUALLY MURDERED!* But I'm guessing that's why there was no cliffhanger final episode. Of course, there are some loose ends ...

I cried later when rewatched that scenes... Tom really have a huge talent... from evil Michael's face when he stabs Chloe to true shock and pain when Lucifer runs to her...

I think it’s interesting how Chloe has to remember everything that happened when she died. I’m guessing that’s because time moves slower in heaven like it does in hell. This also connects with how Lucifer seems more sophisticated when he comes back. It was only a few minutes on earth but in heaven it was probably hundreds of years.

True. But I think what she meant was that anyone can say something --- but at the end of the day, it's actions that really matter. At the end of season 5A, she let Michael get in her head and play on her insecurities so she would question Lucifer's feelings. But I think she got past that pretty quickly once she started really listening to Lucifer and paying attention to him and his problems. She realized that his feelings for her weren't the issue --- and that he had shown her how he felt many times without ever having to say it. And that's why she ultimately decided she was willing to wait for him to say it on his own terms. To be honest, words have never really been Lucifer's love language. He's definitely more a man of action --- both when it comes to showing affection and performing acts of service.
